Finding A Business Premise

Choose from a range of Government-managed premises to house your new business, and take note of approvals required for certain industries.

Entrepreneurs can now set up home offices or rent plug-n-play offices at Technopreneur centres or parks. You can also rent commercial, retail or factory spaces for your business.

You may need additional approvals for your premises if your business is in food and beverage, manufacturing, private education, private healthcare, retail and transport and storage.

Home Office

You can apply to run your business from your home under the Home Office Scheme to reduce the cost of starting-up.

Both Housing & Development Board (HDB) flats and private homes can be used as home offices.

You must be the owner or tenant of a home, or be authorised to stay in the home, and must meet the Small Business Guidelines.

The JTC Corporation (JTC) also manages and rents out ready-built home offices at Chip Bee Gardens.
