A developer has committed to bid no less than S$28,888,000 for the site. The  tender submission deadline is 28 August 2012 before 12 noon.

Lease period: 99 years

A developer has committed to bid no less than S$154,474,200 for the site. The tender submission deadline is 6 September 2012 before 12 noon.
