15 Confirmed sites and 24 Reserve List sites have been set aside for the second half of 2012 (2H2012) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

In all, the sites can potentially yield 14,200 private residential units, including 3,100 Executive Condominium (EC) units.

There is also 388,000 square metres (sqm) of gross floor area (GFA) of commercial space and 3,700 hotel rooms.

Under the Confirmed List, there are:

• 12 private residential sites (including 6 EC sites)
• 1 commercial and residential site
• 2 commercial sites

They have a potential total yield of 7,100 private residential units (including 3,100 EC units) and 80,000 sqm GFA of commercial space.

Under the Reserve List, there are:

• 14 private residential sites
• 2 commercial sites
• 2 white sites
• 6 hotel sites

These have a potential total yield of 7,100 private residential units, 308,000 sqm GFA of commercial space and 3,700 hotel rooms.
